Crown Hand Tools Gents back saw

I modified this saw and made a new handle to replace the original gents style handle. This did give me better controll when cutting dovetails. Manufactured by Crown Hand Tools, these saws keep a thinner blade stiff by reinforcing it with a brass back. Designed for cutting box joints, dovetails, any joinery and fine model making. Technical Details:Made with a straight handle that extends from the top back of the blade. Blades are resharpenable high carbon steel. 8" length, has shop made cherry handle for better control over original handle. 17 TPI, Depth of cut is 2".
